From Rene Ruiz Collection, this off-the-shoulder embroidered a-line gown will stun at your next black tie affair. It is made up of multiple layers, with a few notable qualities; the belt on the gown is dyed to match lace, which is then hand sewn on. A feather-like sequin design is embroidered on top of specialty tulle.
