Yes, you can find our designs at company stores in New York and Florida. Our styles are also available at exclusive department stores like Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, select specialty stores, and our website.
Our luxury fabrics are sourced from top fabric mills worldwide; including Italy, France, and Turkey, to name but a few. Additionally, we design and weave some of our own fabrics to ensure exclusivity when wearing a Rene Ruiz Collection style.
Size charts are conveniently accessible on our website and are also accessible upon selecting any style.
Additionally, to view the size chart for a specific item, click the "Sizing" tab after selecting the item.
There is also an “INTERNATIONAL” size chart corresponding to the standard sizes for each item which allows you to easily compare sizes and make informed decisions based on international sizing standards.

We provide a Perfect Fit Guarantee by incorporating stretchy bustiers into select styles and often using fabrics with elasticity to maximize comfort and ensure an impeccable fit.
Additionally, we will happily work with you on exchanges and can create “Custom Split Sizes*” to help you ensure your get the size that is closets to your measurements. Please note, regardless of how close to your measurements a design is ordered in, most styles will always require alterations.
*”Custom Split Sizes” are a 20% surcharge and are non-refundable or exchangeable and are considered FINAL SALE.
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email allowing you to stay updated on the status and estimated delivery date of your purchase.
Delivery time varies depending on your location and whether the item ordered is in-stock, pre-sale, or a custom order.
Average Shipping Times:
- In Stock Items: 5-7 business days
- Made to order Items: 4-6 weeks
- Custom Items: 4-6 weeks
Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Rene Ruiz Collection accepts payments from all major credit cards, Google pay and Apple Pay.
No, we do not ship internationally, yet. However, we are planning to add International shipping options later this year. Stay tuned for updates!
No, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to items ordered.
Yes, an order can be canceled within 24 hours if that item has not been shipped, by emailing carolineweb@reneruizcollection.com.
Yes, if you put the wrong shipping address it can be changed within 24 hours as long as that item has not been shipped, by emailing carolineweb@reneruizcollection.com.
Yes, upon request, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

A $200 restocking flat fee ONLY will be imposed on returns of 4 items or more within a single order. Please note that if you keep at least ONE item from your order, a restocking fee will not apply. For 3 items or less it is a flat $25 restocking/return fee per order.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at returns@reneruizcollection.com, and we'll provide you with a return label promptly. A $25 fee per order will be deducted for shipping and re-stocking from your final refund.
It is important to use our provided return label otherwise the return will not be accepted by our return department. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit if an alternative label is used.
No, any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 15 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect, process, and update you on your return. We will update you via email.

No, items purchased in our brick and mortar stores are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
