ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR RETAIL LOCATIONS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS,
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT.

• Stock and made-to-order items in standard sizes are refundable (–3% restocking fee).
• Custom or split-sized orders may be exchanged for store credit only (–3% restocking fee).
• Exchanges made after a promotional period retain your original discount.
• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
IN-STOCK: In-stock items purchased through reneruizcollection.com will be shipped out within 5
to 7 business days after the order is placed.
MADE TO ORDER: Made to order items purchased through reneruizcollection.com will be
shipped out within 4 to 6 weeks after the order is placed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
* ONLINE DOMESTIC USA PURCHASES ONLY *
· Rene Ruiz Collection’s Return and Refund Policy for online domestic purchases is as
follows:
o Any items (including made-to-order styles) purchased
through reneruizcollection.com EXCEPT THOSE IN THE SALE SECTION, may be returned
or exchanged within 15 business days of your orders delivery date.
o The item should be unworn and in new condition with all the original tags
attached.
o A $200 restocking flat fee will be imposed on returns of 4 items or more within a
single order.
o We will provide you with a return label, and a $15 fee will be deducted from
your final refund for shipping, plus a 3% restocking fee.
o Any expedited shipping charges paid are non-refundable
o Please note that if you do not use our return label, Rene Ruiz Collection is not
responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
o Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange through
our contact center.
o Items shipped back to us without our return label will not be processed.
o Please allow up to 15 business days from the time your return arrives at our
facility for ourteam to inspect, process, update you on your return, and process
any refunds. We will update you via email.
o Without exception, we will not offer refunds for garments that come back with
missing tags, deodorant marks, alterations, rips, scuffs, or any other sign of use.
o SALE items are not eligible for return, only store credit or exchange.
International orders are NOT Returnable or Refundable – ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours are subject to an Order Cancellation Charge as follows:
in stock item cancelled after 24 hours will incur a $25.00 order cancellation fee per item and
made-to-order item cancelled after 24 hours will incur a $100.00 order cancellation fee per
item.
Store Credits will be sent to your email within 7 business days after your return is delivered to
our warehouse. Your store credit is only valid on our website www.ReneRuizCollection.com or
in company owned brick and mortar locations listed on our website. Store credits It is only valid
for IN STOCK CLOTHING (cocktail dresses, evening gowns, jump suits, etc.) and is not valid for
made-to-order or accessories. Your store credit NEVER expires. Store Credits have NO Cash
Value. If you purchase something MORE expensive than your store credit and use both a credit
card and store credit for your purchase and return the item, your refund (minus the
$15.00 shipping fee +3% processing fee) will be issued to the same forms of payments in which
you paid, meaning a credit to your credit card (minus the $15.00 shipping fee +3%
processing fee), and an additional credit to your store credit. If you purchase something LESS
expensive than your store credit and return the item, your refund (minus the $15.00 shipping
fee +3% processing fee) will be issued in the form of a store credit.
